Immune Boosting Gummies Your Kids Will LOVE

These gummies are working on the immune system from so many different angles. It is packed with gelatine, making it great for supporting digestion and supporting the immune system from the gut. It has raw honey, and i must repeat RAW. Raw honey is packed with antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, making it a perfect way to sweeten these gummies up for an immune boost.

You can add as many immune boosting supplements as you like, from nutrients to herbs. You can also make these for any nutritional needs. For example you can make calming gummies by adding magnesium and calming herbs like chamomile.

Disclaimer: I don't have kids, so I am the last person to be giving advice about how to get supplements into kids. But I think I am onto a winner with these. They are SUPER easy, and I'm talking 10min max! And minimal mess...another win! Plus you can tailor them to your childs taste.

INGREDIENTS

3⁄4 cup lime juice

1 cup frozen raspberries/blueberries, mango etc (You can swap this for your childs favourite fruit juice (freshly squeezed where possible)

3 tablespoons Raw Honey 1⁄4 cup grass­fed gelatin...Ive been using GELPRO 1-5tsp of Vitamin C Powder

Optional extras: Liquid echinacea, olive leaf exract or elderberry herbal extract

Method

Place lime juice and raspberries in a blender and blend on high until completely mixed. Pour into a saucepan.

Add the honey, gelatine, vitamin C and any optional extras and whisk together. You will have a thick paste. Turn the heat on low, and continue to whisk the mixture for 5­10 minutes, until it becomes thin and everything is incorporated. Take off the heat.

Pour into silicone molds or a small baking dish. Set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

Remove gummies from molds, or if you used a small baking dish, cut into bite ­size pieces.
